A pale hoppy beer of simple composure. Mashed with a lean base of barley and a bit of wheat. Hopped solely with Hallertau Mittelfrüh in the kettle and post fermentation. An assertive dry-hop lends some intriguing notes of thyme, kumamoto oyster/seabreeze, honeydew, etc. A real breezy drinker!

Draft at MBCC 2023, Red session. Poured a light yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, grainy malt. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, mineral, herbal, light citrus, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Served super cold.

Can at Meteor. Pours a near clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a grassy note with a hint of light flora and straw backing. Flavor has more straw and a slight earthy biscuit with light grass and hay backing.
