This otherworldly sour calls on the spirits for inspiration. Alchemy and Magic is a golden sour beer aged in Gin barrels with cucumber, juniper berries, and rosemary. Fermented with a concoction of microorganisms, this elixir emanates aromas of candied orange peel, cool melon, and herbaceous rosemary, with notes of sweet berries, lemon zest, and a hint of spruce.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head. The aroma is strong cucumber, earth, rosemary, oak, gin. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, very tart, enjoyed this.
