Our citrusy and refreshing Berliner Weisse is a modern take on a true Berlin classic. Brewed using the same traditional lactic acid cultures as the Berlin brewers of the 1920's, our Berliner Weisse is a bright and sparkling thirst-quencher. The beer embodies the liveliness of summer with the fruity tang of lemon and melon, further complimented by the tartness of rhubarb and gooseberries. To ensure a properly Stone (and therefore iconoclastic) Berliner Weisse, we upped the ABV to a healthy 4.7% and hopped the beer with new German varieties, Huell Melon and Callista.

Draft @ Delirium, Köln. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Tart, sour and lactic, light salty notes. Easy drinkable. Nice Berliner.

Hazy, light golden beer with medium but quickly vanishing head. Aroma has citrus, tart, berries. Taste has tart, salt and fruits. Light body, quite high carbonation. Not too salty or bitter, but very delicious and balanced overall.

In de tuin uit een blikje. Troebel geel, eerst veel wit schuin met veel belletjes, maar zakt in. Frisse smaak, maar ik ben niet zo gecharmeerd van het voor mijn smaak iets te veel zuur. Kwestie van smaak. Wel een mooi blijkje overigens.

Can split at L6, pickedup online, 27/09/18. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy citric shreds, lemon squash, straw, grains, light funk. Taste comprises damp straw, lemon drizzle, guava, stale breads, damp cloth, lime leaf, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering climax. Decent enough Linner.

Can shared at Columbus tasting 27/09/2018. Many thanks! A light hazed yellow golden coloured pour with no head. Aroma is vanilla, farty, lemon, wheat. Flavour is composed of sharp, lemon, lime, wheat, . Floral lime. Palate ius sharp lime, citrus, . Nice.

Draft at Stone World Bistro and Gardens, Berlin. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon and light wheat. Flavour is moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, thin white head, very short lived. Tangy citrus fruits. Light lemon tartness. Little tart citric peel. Smooth finish. Approachable but standard stuff.

Can shared in London / cheers to Cloin. Pours unclear yellow with a small, foamy topping. Basic but pretty clean, some pine needles, lemon peel, salty bite. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tart finish, dry and citric. Good stuff. Very drinkable.

Pajiza nebulosa, de espuma blanca y generosa espuma. Aroma cereal, levadura, lácteo y citrico. En boca presenta gas notable, y sabor predominante ácido lácteo, con abundante cítrico y notas claras de albaricoque. Especial, aunque algo difícil.
