Little cloudy dark yellow beer, big creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit yeasty, lots of coriander, grains, hay, sourish touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bitter touch, pretty sourish from the wheat, lemony, fruity touch, some lemon or orange peel. Aftertaste: lots of orange peel, bit yeasty, coriander, sweet floral notes.

Standard Hoegaarden-clone witbier with creamy snow white head and ’dirty’ blonde colour. Cliché aroma of wheat, coriander and citrus peel, though the latter a bit subdued. Malty taste, wheaty but not overtly so, coriander dominating the middle and finish. Relatively correct but low profile and could have been wheatier in my opinion.

Helder geel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is vrij waterig, weinig te herkennen. Licht zure smaak verder niet veel bijzonders. Snel vergeten.

330ml bottle from beermerchants. Pours opaque milky yellow, decent white head. Spicy hop aroma, some lemon. Tastes, well, wheaty. Light body, clean finish. Not bad.

Draft at bwpf Pours fuzzy yellow , small white head Smells like the sea , coreander . Salty ( seawatter ) taste . Overkill weirdness . Has this been made eith clams ?

Bottle at home from Tierre d Boisons Calais. As Blache Foudroyante. Milky cloudy yellow greeen colour with a big light white head. Aroma is bad stale lager. Maybe this is on old bottle but BBE is 13/05/14. Later the aroma is some peppery hop and citrus. Flavour is light and crisp and somewhat refreshing. Some paper in there. Dry finish, but it’s a bit bitty. Not terrible.

A light golden beer. The aroma is wheaty and citric acid in a big way, the taste is fruity and citric acid. Medium body with an aqueous citric finish.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy, hazy pale yellow color with a full sized, slightly creamy white head. Smell wheat, lemon and citrus. Taste wheat, lemon. Suitable soft lightly fizzy carbonation, low body. Very refreshing beer, certainly on a hot summer day.
