bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo smorto velato, al naso spezie leggero banana chiodi di garofano lieviti, in bocca leggero spezie coriandolo e note citriche, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, molto dolce con amaro percettibile. 33cl bottle. A hazy golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of sweet wheat malt, banana and some herbs. Taste of yeasty yellow fruits, wheat malt, banana, herbs, orange peel, a bit too sweet.

Pours clear pale golden with a big, foamy, white head. Subtle aroma of ripe banana, wheat, yeast, soapy coriander and apple. It tastes light malty/bready sweet and light lemony sour, turning medium spicy bitter. Wheaty and spicy finish, but short. Light body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Cliché but drinkable.

F: snow-white, medium, quick diminishing. C: blonde, hazy. A: malt, light wheat, bit orange peels, coriander. T: watery wheat, mineral, orange peels, bit coriander, perfumed, dry on the plate, like wheat beer diluted with water, light body, medium carbonation, very watery with weak taste aroma, 33cl bottle from Carrefour market – St. Michel @ Etterbeek, Brussels.
