33cl bottle from birreadomicilio.it. Pours amber, fairly hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is yeasty, orange peel, spices. Body is average, with nice carbonation. Taste is balanced, with some sweetness but also some balancing bitterness. Final is average.

Aroma of fruits, yeast, malty notes, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a welcome moderate bitter finish. Nicely carbonated. Good above-average bitter Belgian Ale.

Rica cerveza, disfrutable.

Bottle (well out of date) from Craft Beer Oasis, Crewe – drank at home.Pours a cloudy golden amber with visible floating sediment and a small white head. A fairly typical Belgian aroma – malts and yeast with a hint of bubblegum. It the mouth it is sweet with vanilla, bananas and raisins. Some hoppy bitterness in the finish. It’s decent enough. Forgot to say - hides its strength well

33cl bottle at home (26 X 2017), shared with LordZippo. Cloudy, golden coloured brew, quite a lot of vividness, with a towering white frothy collar. The mouthfeel is just velvet-like, even silky, with a dazzling herby character. This bitterness has a great onset for sure. The malty and grassy features are massive, making up for a leafy and dry palate. The alcoholic warming is not that harsh, which is very pleasant in this hoppy golden strong ale. This one has a good bitterness, but lacks the complexity one seeks in a strong Belgian - yet it really has that keen, lovely herby finish. Pretty basic, but with lovely carbonation and ditto hoppiness.
33cl bottle at home (9 VII 2021), as Buffalo Bitter. Golden orange brew, little hazy, with a sticky and frothy white collar on top: quite good looking. At the first pour, different hoppy flavours already arise - which is an enjoyable experience. In the nose however one firstly discovers the many Belgian yeast features with few malt dashes. The hops are rather good hidden. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a mild carbonation. Lots and lots of hops on the tongue, a keen mix between herbal and floral features. There are hemp and cannabis flavours, as well as lemon grass and lawn. This Buffalo Bitter is a strong indian pale ale, with a long lasting and atmost dry ending. Pretty decent, quite lovely.

8% alcohol. It does seem to want to go over after opening as well. Smell-weak, spice, acidic, hops. Foam-thin, large in mouth, weak bitter notes some citrus and yeast.Head is large, white color. It seems to stick. Appearance-unique very nice looking bottle cap, probably for brewer but hard to tell, the bottle itself is kind of simple but good looking but combined with an awesome bottle cap, I must give 4 here. Clear, light orange amber, weak carbonation. From- snifter Taste - bitter-sweet, hops, citrus, fruits, yeast, faint Belgian notes. Some alcohol as well. Interesting, maybe a bit to the bitter side in the background, but seems to be enjoyable still.
