Bottle@Poirotti (Thanks for all Frank!). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, yeasty and quite cheesy. Flavour is very fruity, yeasty with some mild spicy notes. Also some alcohol is showing mildly. Very pleasant. And excellent with the Val-Dieu cheese and syrup we had.

Golden beer, very carbonated with a small white head. Fruity, cheesy nose, not very assertive. Very estery-yeasty despite the yeast completely settled. Very creamy MF, dry ending. Seems a bit more alcoholic than the 6.5 would suggest. Despite the claimed bottle-conditioning, not very impressive.

(Bottle 75 cl) Golden filtered beer (although with yeast sediments). Nice head. Very dry, practically without sweetness and also with a pronounced bitterness. Obvious flavor of yeast. Possibly a label-beer. Bought at the visiting centre at the caves in Rochefort. 251204
