75cl bottle (bottled 18/10/2023, 7%) @ source. Head is thin, white, quick gone. Colour is nice gold, hazy at the end of the bottle. Aroma is rich grapes and grapeskin, bit mandarine, green apples, bit vinous, lemon touch. Taste is medium malty base, light sour grapes fruity, grapeskin, sour stonefruits, woody, bit vinous, lactic touch, barnyard, soft carbonation, not so offensive, juicy, very sophisticated, fully enjoyed.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 14 Aug 2024) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, funky nose with green grapes, citrus, lemon, barnyard, a touch of white wine and sweaty horse. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, green grapes, wood and barnyard. Medium body, mainly dry, but with a touch of sweetness coming through. Solid and well made with a fresh acidity. Great beer!

On tap at Muted Horn, Berlin, shared with little Dina. 2023 version. Cloudy golden, small off-white head. Lightly funky, cheesy and slightly goaty. Soft ripe apple and pear, along with some berries. Vinous acidity. Smooth, slick, lightly cheesy flavour. Buttered baked apple and bread. Soft carbonation. Gentle, quite rich but not very complex. Needs more time.

From tap at Arrogant Sour Fest, Reggio Emilia. Vintage unclear. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells vinous, grassy, earthy, peppery, bit herbal, tobacco. full body, soft carbonation. tastes vinous, grassy, earthy, peppery, bit herbal. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of vinous, earthy and peppery. very nice one

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of white wine grape skins, gentle funk, and a touch of oak. Flavour is complex, with a wonderful white wine grape skin, plenty of mustiness, moderate barnyard funk, and a touch of hay. Wonderful dry mustiness and vinous character. Lovely.
