Bottle shared at cantillion for Rich's 50th. A hazed brush gold coloured pour with a fine loose white head. Aroma is funky dog, peach, grassy, horse blacket white grape.. Flavour is composed of light wheat, floral peach, Lychee, white grape, delicate tart. Palate is light tart massaging carbonation. Lovely.

Bottle shared at Cantillon. Thanks to Shane. Pours lightly hazed yellow gold with a decent white cap that fades a little. Aroma is oak, white grape, light funk, a little leather. Taste is light funk, oak, white grape. Drying finish. Lovely

Nose is herb, funk, subtle green berry must, touch of dry rot.
Taste comprises grass, herb, funk, farmyard notes, prickly green berries, white grape must.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic kiss.
Tidy.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours clear Yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a foamy, white head. Lightly sweet, fairly dry, a little funky, nips of sourdough, minerals, relaxed acidity, a hint of melon. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quite dry to finish, some lemon peel, dry dough, a little white grape. Quite nice.

Tap at Cantillon, 16th February 23. Pours almost clear, aroma is vineous, tart fruit. Taste is tart, grapes, intense, sour, complex, very nice.
