Bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with a smaller sized head. Fruity, funky, citrus, and some grassiness. Nice tart and funk finish.

From my dear brother: Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is floral, earthy brett, sugar, flowers. Taste is way more sour than the aroma would let on. Hops are certainly there, but the sour flavors are there in good form. Nice yeasty aftertaste. Quite good. Yum.

Draught at CBC ’14. Hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, citrus, hops, grain, funk and tropical fruit. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemon, citrus and funk. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice, refreshing and hoppy.

Bottle. Pours light golden with a finger thick airy head. Aroma is quite funky, with lots of hops. It starts off with tropical hoppy notes with peaches, strawberries and pineapple, before the brett kicks in with farmyard, wooden barrels and apple cider vinegar. Medium body with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart with brett, apple cider vinegar, wooden barrels, as well as nice fruity hops with peaches. Tart wooden finish.

Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours hazy deep golden with a small fizzy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, passion fruit, star fruit, black raspberries, oily pinecones, moist grass, pineapple hard candy, moist wood, dry soil, barnyard, orange zest and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny bitter, slightly salty, fruity and funky with crackers, saltines, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, passion fruit, unripe mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, red currants, dry soil, barnyard, apricots, kumquats, minerals, orange zest, lemon zest and hints of resinous wood. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny oily round and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour, slightly salty, slightly fruity and funky with saltines, grapefruit juice, lime juice, unripe tropical fruits, red currants, pine needles, freshly cut grass, resinous wood, dry soil, barnyard, minerals, orange zest and lemon zest. Heavily influenced by the hops in a nice and refreshing way for a sour.

Fruchtig säuerlicher Antrunk, dessen Aromen sich zum Mittelteil deutlich steigern. Vollmundig, die Säuerlichkeit ist stark aber angenehm. Zitrusnoten, zunehmend bitter. Kaum hopfig, gut. 11/12/11/11/11/11
