On tap at Shelton Festival as Wild Ones: Foeder #1. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is strong oak, grape skin, funk, brett. Medium body, grape, citrus, oak, brett, light dry finish, very good.

Really good. Vinous, definitely chardonnay type notes with the oak, lightly tart, semi-sweet, light funk, leather, somewhat earthy in the finish. Bright golden, medium short lived head.

Rating #3700. 500ml bottle. Pours clear golden color with white head. Aromas of brett, oak, white wine, and funk. Slightly tart brett flavor with white wine and oak. A little earthy and funky. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.
