A new, rich and chewy Imperial Stout that's been aged for a full year in freshly-emptied Jim Beam Bourbon. Bold, yet balanced, with huge vanilla, cocoa, caramel and spice.

On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours black with large creamy tan head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, wood, bourbon. Thick body, chewy roast, chocolate, vanilla, oak, boozy finish, dry, very nice.
