On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with no head. The aroma is funk, oak, Brett, lemon zest. Thin body, tart lemon, brett, oak, light funk, very nice.

Sample at the tap room during the ’Wanderlust and Spring Thaw (Wild Fermentation) Bottle Release’ on 06/03/2017. The beer is a slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of oak, funky yeast, fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of vinous oak, stone fruit, yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is dry with a yeast and fruit aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
