Bottle (not a gusher but some overflow when opening). Musty barnyard, pear, light biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with giant head. Lightly sweet pear, biscuit malt, moderately sour vinegar/Brett, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance. Good funkiness without taking over the beer.

Appearance: Wax & cap. Minor gusher. Light orange golden, hazy. Small white head.
Aroma: Tartness, light fruits, wood.
Taste: Tart fruits, light oak, pears. Slightly better.

750 ml bottle at Ginger Man. Clear gold with a small head and some light, spotty lacework. Aroma is pear/apple skins, funky yeast, oak, and a bit of grain. Nice flavor mix that is fruit forward, tart, funky and a bit sour. Good mouthfeel as well. Soft, clean, and with a funky, tart close. Liked this a lot.

Bottle at RBSG PGH 2016 Grand Tasting.Unique off nose. Cloudy pale. Bid head. Good co2 palate. Has a very nice well mannered tart beer experience. I Liked this, it was a friendly example of a good tart brew. Pears? not sure. Big thanks to j12601 for this real beer happening, IT ROCKS.

Bottle at RBSG PGH 2016 Grand Tasting. Hazy to cloudy golden color, white head. Aroma of stone fruit. Taste is softly sour fruit. Tasty.

hazy due to travel. 1 finger solid white head. Vinegar acidity nose with apples on the aroma side. Taste, a sharp apple, pear and even cherry acidity that cuts through the malt and delivery sour right to your taste buds. Tart, wild, raw and sour.

Bottle - Lovely sweet pear with a touch of funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet and tart funky pear. Awesome.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium creamy white head. The aroma is honey, funk, oak, pears. Medium mouth, strong funk, light pear, oak, good.
