Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is maple froward with bitter dark grains and a hint of vanilla. Flavor has lots of maple and roasted malts with a bit of sweet dark grain and vanilla underlying.

Sample during Cookie Monster Mike Ream's Birthday! on 08/08/2020. Inky black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily to a film. Patchy lace. Malt, maple and vanilla in the nose. Full-bodied with flavors of maple, roast malt, cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is sweet with a cinnamon maple syrup aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Crowler thanks to Brian. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong maple, brown sugar, vanilla. Slick body, roast, pure sugar, vanilla, maple, boozy finish, very nice.
