I have the Great Heights snifter in place to hold the pour this evening, the view is a clear light gold body followed by a tall head of creamy white foam. I smell grapefruit as promised and cedar pine. The drink is respectable, definitely throwback. The grapefruit shows up of course, plenty of hops, lemon, grass and strongly bitter with a bit of marmalade sweetness. Not life changing but this is a solid IPA.

Can. Pours a clear yellow with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet and bitter grapefruit with a bit of rind and some light sweet grains underlying. Flavor is full of bitter grapefruit with a bit of rind and a hint of sweetness in the finish.

On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a clear orange gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is grapefruit pith and dank. Medium body, grapefruit, pine, light bitterness, good.
