Can from the Whole Foods in downtown ATX - pours dark brown, nearly black - roasted maltiness, moderate chocolate, moderate alcohol warmth and some dark fruit - it tastes good, but is not terribly complex and has a watery finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours a Guinness pour. Dark brn/blk with a fine lofty head that gradually releases the beer. Aroma of dark chocolate, bourbon and coffee. And burnt malt. Smooth and full bodied. Flavor is bourbon/heat, coffee, burnt malt and chocolate. Not dry, but not sticky. Bitter from coffee, burnt malt and heat. Heat is just a flavor here. Somehow it thins with time, but still quite a beer. Tasty stuff.

On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a dark brown with beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, molasses, roast. Medium body, rich malt, cocoa,light roast, nice dry finish, really good.
