Bottle drunk 11/6/16.
Bright lemon-golden body is topped by a full, white head showing moderate to strong retention. High clarity.
Straightforward Nelson in the nose, but very nicely done, adding bright lemon, limestone, guava and wine-like minerality. It runs in to a lot of malt sweetness; big honey notes, with very light caramel and biscuity notes, as well. Some mild earthiness and no resin, thankfully, nor alcohol.
Very supple, malty body shows quite a bit of sugar still remaining. It’s not underattenuated, but certainly a lot sweeter than the New England IPAs I’m used to drinking (which, understandably, have to be a lot more dry to make up for the fact that they’re very low on IBUs). Anyways, the beer is still very nicely hopped with lots of wine character, lemon, cherry, strawberry and more limestone. Light earthiness and a touch of dry ash help soak up the malt. No alcohol or flaw.

Bomber. Pours a hazy golden/orange in color. Minimal white head and lacing. Aroma is intense. Starts off upfront with orange/grapefruit/citrus hops. Theres a bit of earthiness too... maybe even some onion. The taste is exceptional; a truly fruity, juicy, tropical hop explosion. Bitterness is well restrained for an IPA. Medium bodied and very smooth. I love this beer.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bitter citrus with a hint of sweet onion and a grain backbone. Flavor has a combination of bitter citrus and onion with a sweet grain backbone.

Bottle at home for fathers day. Hazy orange pour one finger head. Nose is wonderful tropical fruit amd pine. Tastes of mango, pine, resin, candy, caramel, pineapple. Semi sticky sweet palate. Fairly bitter. Quite delicious.

Bottle: Pours a golden honey color with a thin ring of creamy off-white head. I like the aromatics; a citrus and tropical fruit blend with floral and spicy herbal notes. Flavor is more herbal and spicy floral hops. Something in the tail hints at peanut butter. A decent flavor, but the aroma is so good... overall not too shabby for my first TG brew.
