This single hop IPA showcases the rare Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Delightfully confusing aromas of citrus and mandarin oranges give way to an incredibly complex body of earth tones and marigolds. This is truly unlike any hop you’ve ever tasted.

Pour is hazy IPA with a large white head. Aroma is white grapes and green onion. Flavor is more white grape with some melon and citrus. Finish is gone quickly with no bitterness. This was a pretty good down under IPA..

Bomber from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a smallish white head. It is dank. Garlic strikes my nose. Probably not garlic, but that's the impression. Med body at least. Flavor is dank and garlic juicy. Earthy. Mixed tropicals. Light malt support. Dryish. Bitter. Dankish. No wonder this is rated at 99.

Draught @ Meadhall, Cambridge, MA. Smooth, juicy and tropical fruity with some grapes, grass, herbal notes and hints of dankness. Quite nice.

On tap at Toppling Goliath, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank hops, light pine, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is wonderfully smooth, with lots of creamy piney hops upfront, with light resins, and fairly dry biscuity malt with just enough residual sweetness. Wonderful stuff.

Bottle. A- Pine, tropical citrus, floral, dank. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Pine, bitter, tropical citrus, floral. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- A bit more aggressive than most pale ales from TG but still a solid brew. Lots of floralness balanced out by tropical citrus. Love the label art.

Bottle at the Ipswich winter bottle share. Source James. Region #114. Pours cloudy yellow gold with a lasting quite large white head. Aroma of hops, citrus and tropical fruit, caramel and biscuit. Light sweetness, towards heavy bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Bitter citrus finish, good beer.
