This single hop IPA showcases the rare Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Delightfully confusing aromas of citrus and mandarin oranges give way to an incredibly complex body of earth tones and marigolds. This is truly unlike any hop you’ve ever tasted.

Bottle - Crazy lemon grass and almost nothing else. Pale gold with a thin white head. Skunky and a bit funky. Light lemon and grass as usual from this hop. Light bitterness and a dry clean finish.

22oz bottle. Hazy golden orange unfiltered body. Fluffy white head. Citrus, guava, mandarin, delicate tropical rind. Probably the most awesome Nelson Sauvin experience you can have. Delicate and juicy. World Class, phenomenal beer.

Tap. Pours completely cloudy yellow amber with a small white head that leaves great lacing. Aroma is passionfruit, cat piss, citrus/grapefruit. Flavor about the same, lightly sweet, medium bitter, with a bit of a yeast note. Medium bodied and quite tasty, but I like Nelson Sauvin hops...
