bottle . Pours clear, light amber to blonde. I wonder how they came up with the name ’red’ than ? Smell is sweet, thick maltyness, aromatic sugar, violet. Taste is sharp and sweet, sugar, again I get violet-like taste... Is that actually in here ? Ok mouthfeel, but high carbo ( a combo I’m not the biggest fan of) overall, ok -drinkable- but too sweet for my taste. Has an interesting note (violet?) though which makes this different than the 13-in-a-dozen belgian ales.
