A special release from our wild fermentation project. We aged this medium-bodied sour blonde ale for eight months on various oak with raspberries. The tartness of the berry accentuates the overall perceived sourness.

On tap at Civil Society Anniversary. Pours a murky orange ruby with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is berry, floral, oak. Medium body, jammy raspberry, oak, funk, light tartness, very good.
