19th January 2022, taster in The Church, San Diego. Came in a lovely glass. One of three Barrel Aged beers they had on from Lost Abbey, I had them all. Slight haze to the light golden pour, white topping. Peachy, woody and nice!

Yesterday. Wow, never thought I’d try this. Exactly what I expected. A good US peach sour. High but manageable acidity, plenty of peaches, some oak and not much complexity. Good, but not amazing. Blow away by the opportunity though, thank you Justin

Pourin buse, baby. Batch 2. Pours pale yellow, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is full of peach, lemon, oak, mineral notes, peach skin. Flavor is light tart, light funk, mineral. Light body. Peach fresh and ever-present, but not in your face to the detriment of other notes. Well done.

Bottle. Backlog. Pours cloudy peach gold with white head. Nose and taste of sour peach, tons of wood, Brett, sour funk and touch of woody vanilla. Medium body. 2nd rating - Same but a bit more bright.

Alright, so yeah - this is courtesy of Tomme Arthur - this is roughly #20 of the remaining bottles of this beer in possession of Mr. Arthur and The Lost Abbey - yes there are apparently now less than 20 bottles left (please keep that secret).
Poured a slightly cloudy, vibrant orange-yellow color, with not much of a head to speak of. Aroma was mild peaches, but with that said - the flavor was mightly peachy. So peachy. Well, I love this - it is well balanced with plenty of enjoyable tart notes.

Bottle shared at the LCBS 10. Even in this stellar line up, YB was one of the stunners. Big peach and tart fruit aromas burst out of the golden colored ale. YB lives up to the hype! In my opinion this smooth devil is really a wild ale and is delightfully lacking in the sour department. The taste is crisp with ripe peaches, tart fruit, and light funk caressing the old cake hole.. Outstanding....
