Bottle Dr. Bill’s tasting one of only two beers I reviewed that night. Yes I know this was a while back but like I said the back log is looking ugly. Moving forward. Pours out cloudy straw color topped with a white head. Aroma was of light peach sweetness, tart, funk, and sweet malts. Taste is much the same light peach not as much as I was thinking. Then again my palate had been working overtime that night. I was just happy to try it.

Sampled at DC Epic Sour Tasting 2010. Pours a bright, caramel orange with a thin, creamy white head. Nose is sweet, malty, caramel, sugary, a little yeast, peach juice, light hay, light herbs. The peach juice is really a star in the nose, especially as it warms. Flavor is sweet and tart, oranges, peaches, kumquats, acidic, spices, blood oranges. Finish is tart and dry. Very unique.

Incredible big thanks to Alen for this rare beer. Unlabeled bottle. Looks good in the glass, very, very zippy, small head, modest turbid. Starts intense sourish, a little bit woody. Turns then wonderful fruity like peach and apricot, very well balanced. Sourish notes are dominating the finish, but not too aggressive. Very well balanced, also some very light salty notes. An incredible beer! Too sad this will be the only day in my life that I will drink this beer...

This presently top-50 beer is entered to celebrate my 1900th US rating. Bottled at RBSG 2008. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma is acidic with notes of malt, citrus, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic with quite strong notes of wood and brettanomyces, with a tart finish. Very nice.

From bottle at Lost Abbey. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Dense orange fruity and light brettish dry aroma. Flavour is tart to smooth fruity orange. Brett dry too. Good balance and still very flavourful/fruity. Dry and tart finish with a persisting fruity note.
