Bottle at Asahiya. Orange-red with lace. Big citrus and tropical fruit nose, huge juicy fruits. Quite sweet flavor, soft, oily, full bodies. A bit cloying and almost syrupy, but nice.

Tap at The Jeffrey on a surprisingly unbusy St Patricks day. Pours clear orange with nice puffy head. Nose is floral and citrus hops. Tastes of piney hops, grapefruit, oranges, honey, pretty malty, and crackers. Slight sticky palate and nice lingering finish.

Clear dark orange to reddish amber beer, creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very piny, resinous, citrus, pineapples, passion fruit, sweet, caramel, malty. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: fruity start, mango, little soapy, passion fruit, some pineapple, peaches, bit sweet, resinous bitterness, yet very fruity. Aftertaste: nice dry bitterness, nice sweet malt profile, some caramel, resinous, pineapple, citrus, some grapefruit. Very very good stuff!

Bottle at Craig’s. Clear gold pour, thin white head. Massive pine, resin and grapefruit aromas. Taste has too much caramel sweetness though. Bit drier would’ve been ace.

Refrigerated brown bomber 2013 vintage, bottled on October 21, 2013, poured into a glass. Pours hazy orange with small off-white head. Aroma is malt backbone, medium body, low/medium carbonation, and little big bubble lacing. Taste is hop bitterness, some pine resin, and balancing malt backbone. I have had better for the style.
