22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 1/22/2017. Pours slightly hazy deep orange/light copper color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Dense dense soapy lacing clings around the glass. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge grapefruit, tangerine, peach, apricot, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, pine, caramel, brown sugar, toasted biscuit, light toffee/nuttiness, and floral/grassy earthiness. Incredible aromas with fantastic complexity and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/pine hops, fruity yeast, and moderate dark/bready malt sweetness; with great strength. Taste of huge grapefruit, tangerine, peach, apricot, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, pine, caramel ,brown sugar, toasted biscuit, light toffee/nuttiness, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/grassy/citrus peel bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, apricot, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon/orange rind, pine, caramel, brown sugar, toasted biscuit, light toffee/nuttiness, and floral/grassy earthiness. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/pine hops, fruity yeast, and moderate dark/bready malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, sticky/resinous, and lightly slick/syrupy balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.3%. Overall this is an incredible DIPA! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/pine hops, fruity yeast, and moderate dark/bready malt sweetness; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. Seems to be American hops and English malts; and comes off as a amazing hybrid of American and English IPA styles. Has a good sized malt profile, but is never overly sweet. Enormous amounts of juicy flavors from the combination of hops and yeast notes. A highly enjoyable offering.

Pours a slightly hazy copper from a bottle, white head, lots of lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, some pine. Flavor is more like lemon soap, kind of pine-sol-y. Some malt sweetness. Well-balanced, but not liking the soapiness. Good beer though.

Bottle, 10C. BB 24/3/15. Slightly hazy amber with a fluffy cream head that lasts and laces well. Aroma of nectarines, orange, grapefruit, bread, a slightly boozy menthol note. Just getting towards sticky, lowish carbonation. Sweet with some caramel, but mainly stone fruit and bread with citrus, some tropical fruit and creeping pine. Dries out a little at the end with very firm but not harsh bitterness. Another really good one.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a cloudy orange-brown color with a small foamy orange-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tangy, sweet, piney and herbal. The flavor was tangy, piney, herbal, earthy, boozy and had a bit of tobacco. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Decent.
