6 week old bottle from mixed 12. Pint glass. A: Pours 1" of thick head atop medium gold body with a swirl of fine sediment from the bottom of the bottle. A few lazy bubbles and generous lacing. S: Sweet orange flesh and pith along with faint pine. T: Bitter and resinous pine upfront. Lightly sweet toffee and toast notes with orange pith then a little alcohol. M: Light to medium body with lowish but crisp carbonation. Light resin but otherwise clean finish. O: Evidently I like this more than most. Well developed flavors with everything else also done pretty well. Worth buying.

Sample at SBWF 2016. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, light caramel and some malt. Similar taste. Rather soft and easy to drink with a medium bitter finish.

Bottle, 355 ml from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with JfK10000. Pours yellow with malty white head. Malty, caramel, some floral hops. Average.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a slightly hazy bronzed light orange color with a nice transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising at a nice pace. A one finger white foamy head dissipated within about a minute. Light lacing clings but then slides a bit as well.
The smell starts off with some sweet apricot and blends a delicate bitter to semi-sweet grassy to slightly citrusy aroma. Light bready/biscuit-ness slides in to balance.
The taste was moderately sweet with an underscore of bitter citrus rind. It gets a bit sticky in the aftertaste and slides into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with nice sessionability about it. Carbonation feels pretty low allowing a fairly nice smooth fruity/creamy texture on my tongue.
Overall, this was a nice AIPA, maybe a bit smoother than expected with a tad less \"bitter hops\" but for the most part, this was nice. I’d have again.

Bottled 355ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, discreet fruity hoppy nose. Sweet malty, fruity and flowery hoppy, some caramel and mild touch of wood in rather hoppy finish. Simple and average IPA.

Quart jug from the Folsom, CA BevMo. Pours dark gold with a white head. Aroma of slightly cooked fruit, citrus and malt. Med body at least. Flavor is toffee, light stone fruit, and arguably citrus. It is bitter, but IMHO maltier than the current taste in IPAs. Still, it’s supposed to be a link to the dim past of craft beer, so yay for Matt Brewing to make this.

Amber colored, many floaters, medium strong white creamy head, good lasting. Aroma is pale and caramel malt, floral, lemony citrus and some tropical fruity hops. Taste is moderate sweet pale, caramel malt, biscuits, floral, tropical fruits and citrus- lemon and grapefruit. Medium- bitter, dryish finish. Medium bodied and carbonation. Decent but wouldn’t mind more of a hop punch.

12-pack of mixed cans purchased in Homer, NY. Pours a light golden-amber colour with a big frothy warm cap, great retention and thick foamy lace. Typical IPA aromas with grapefruit zest and grass. The taste has the citrus, but is not overly bitter like most. Kind of watery, but with still some good taste. This makes this one a easy-drinking, refreshing IPA that is a notch above average. Slightly unfiltered.
