Strong lilly and marigold nose. Cloudy amber with a multitude of floaties of varying sizes, medium head with good retention and adherence. Sweet dandelion and lilly flavor. Finishes dry with more a tangerine character. Medium body, harsh. Nice transitions, heaps of hop flavor and aroma, nice intensity.

As beer culture legacy ipa. Pours clear blonde, not much of a head. Smell is those of fish shaped coockies we get suring toasts in belgium. Unique in beer for sure. Taste is sharp and rather intense, but no backbone to stand for it. Ok beer i guess, but very commercial tasting very blank

Drank during HamTech Reunion 2014. A serviceable IPA. Lightly pithy with some citrus character, tangerine, light bitter hay and pine needles. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish with notes of pale bread, pine needles and dry citrus fruits. Not bad.

Nice crisp amber and copper coloured body with a nice two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of light hops, earth and a strong metallic funkiness. Medium-bodied; Strong caramel and earthy hops with a lot of metallic and deep bitterness and a touch of sweetness from apricots and pears on the finish. Aftertaste shows a good balance with a little hoppy bite, but not much for the style. Overall, a decent beer and perhaps one of the better options from Saranac, but that isn’t saying anything at all! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle brought to a hockey game on 12-November-2014.

Bottle @ SBWF 2014. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy weak piney caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy caramel finish.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy golden-amber color with a medium sized foamy tan-white head that faded quickly and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tart and tangy citrus and a bit of pine. The flavor was tangy and bitter citrus, a bit of cracker and pine. Long bitter citrus finish. Medium body. Meh.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a largish head and aromas of light fruit - pear, a bit of citrus, some mango - and a hint of resin. Flavor is light and refreshing with a nice hop burst and decent bitterness. It’s not an overly-aggressive IPA, but it is certainly a solid one.
