can. 09/17/20 so pretty vintage, given the brewer actually took the time to wrote keep refrigerated + drink fresh on the can. tasted 2024-apr-05 hazy red with a pink to offwhite head. somewhat artificial ish aroma of sweet berries, sour berries, berry jam, marzipan, candied red berries. Flavor is crazy sweet with some sour notes. it is a fruity sweetnes, in addition also a deeper nearly nutty sweetness like cola nuts perhaps. think cola-wine-gums and you are in the flavor-neighborhood. Very unexpected, most soda pops are envy this is so sweet. Reminds me in a way of various kinds of cherry-cola that i've tasted over the years. Drinkable (slowly small amounts), very sweet, liquid cola-wine gums. Plus points for brewing something unexpected and fairly unique, even though the resemblance to beer is getting pretty thin out here. At this age, the can has no signs of aging that I can detect, it has kept very well, and was brewed very well, or it would have exploded on me, i'm sure. Great work in that respect.

1 pint can. Pours murky red. Aroma juicy, berry fruity. Mild spiced. Sweet. Berry fruity. Sugarish. Lingering fruity finish.

16oz can pours out like a red drank topped with a small head. Nose is sweet cherries vanilla lactose and a tart touch. Taste is more of the sweet cherries some lacto cream.

Pours a deep red with minimal head. Aroma is sour cherry, with some lemon. Flavor is tart cherry. More sweet than sour. It does taste a bit like a regular Code Red, but not all that close. Still, a tasty sour beer.

Can thanks to Savada. Pours a hazy ruby with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong cherry soda and lacto. Slick body, just as advertised, mountain dew code red with a booze finish, all I need is some flaming hot cheetos to go with this.
