Breed to finish our original Bluto project, this beer was so good by itself we saved a barrel of it to release on its own. Aged in a 3rd-use wine barrel, the dark malts used to create Bluto's baby hold the structure of this beer together with a strength their daddy can be proud of.

Bottle thanks to John. Pours a cloudy copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is oak, earth, funk, dark fruit, leather. Slick body, dark fruit, funk, oak, leather, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
