6 ounce at the Scott's Addition location - dark ruby, pours still - had the base beer the other day, but the barrels have really elevated this - huge nose of treacle, plum, brandy, oak, vanilla, brown sugar, port wine - slick mouthfeel - full body - sweet without being cloying - warming without being boozy - plum, raspberry jam, brined cherry, port, oaky tannins, apple brandy - finish is super jammy and warming, with moderate whiskey coming to the fore - warming, long-lingering oakiness in the finish - it's pretty great, actually.

Bottle at share, coutesy of Reed. mahogany pour, small beige head slowly subsides to ring. Aroma is toffee, molasses and boozy. taste is sweet, brown sugar, leather, with the brandy barrel edging out the bourbon by a hair. Boozy, warm, but smooth.

500ml bottle pours out cola brown topped with a small head. Nose is sweet caramel toffee malts a great hit of apple brandy barrel and some heat. Taste is more of the nice sweet malt combo and that apple brandy barrel stands on its own.

Bottle thanks to Andrew. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is apple brandy, raisin, fig, bourbon, wood. Slick body, similar flavors to nose, nice sweetness, boozy finish, enjoyed this.
