A special brew made in collaboration with Ocean Republic Brewing. A SMASH beer made with a special German Vienna malt and Huell Melon hops, all finished with a special strain of Belgian yeast. The malt provides a light amber hue and a slightly toasted flavor to balance the notes of honeydew and lemongrass from the hops. The clean Belgian-style yeast creates a medium bodied mouthfeel and subtle notes of pepper and spice. A special beer for a special cause, a portion of the proceeds will go to support Brain Cancer Research though Stache Strong during the month of May, Brain Cancer Awareness Month.
