Can that Ogi brought from the US, thx! Every Chelada is appreciated, even when it's from the worst of the worst. Fishy Clamato aroma, low tomatoes. Smooth, lean, dry taste, plenty of tomato umami, some shellfish umami, low herbal notes. Refreshing, drinkable, low heat. This is actually a decent take that I would drink again if it was for free and an ABI executive ate a fresh turd in front of me. Better than the slop they usually make.

0.473 l can thanks to Ogi who brought it from the USA, shared with Marko and him. Hazy pinkish orange, minimal head. Aroma is watered down tomato juice. Flavour is salty tomato, ketchup, pepper and some malts. Slightly spicy. Mineral. Drinkable. Moderate carbonation. Nothing too bad about this one. Quite balanced even. Finishes spicy hot.

25oz can drank at my daughters on 1st April 2026 (well, I managed about half of it). Tomato red body, no head. Clams and tomatoes in the mix with (I assume) Bud Lite, what can go wrong? I bought it because I need Missouri ticks and I was intrigued to see what a Chelada from Bud would be like.

Notes from August 2009 Is your life just that gentrified that this would be considered a reach for you? Thoroughly reading up on the latest reviews to make sure you're well prepared, the beer has already lost half its charm. Graciously shared during prime time Saturday night at BCTC09. Pours nice & maroon-ish pink into my baby Duvel glass. A little spotty with sediment; no head. Smell is just some casual salt, celery, canned tomato paste, & just a tad fishy. Fine enough. You know what you're getting into. Taste was actually quite short on tomato. Acidic onion & celery, paired less then pleasantly with stale Old Bay seasoning & fish sauce. Barely bitter, the faint grain that you can actually detect from the beer is probably it's worst aspect. An off gazpacho of sorts. Really not all that bad though. Feel is really slick & greasy, though there is some carbonation. Almost like getting served slimy, obviously old seafood. It wasn't the worst thing ever. People exaggerate too much.

Can pours out pinkish red. Nose is tomato juice clam salt brine and some spice. Taste is salty tomatoes clams some spice, at first this was horrible but after a few drinks it know of grew on me.

Kind of clean pink at first, but after swirling the can get redish and thicker like the Clamato, and slightly thinned down by the Bud Light beer. Bubbles are left on the brew, and a film on the glass. Tomato nose with a hint of clam juice - and the Bud that does not really go well, mineralizing things. The taste is better, as the Clamato takes a little over the light beer. I have been a fan of this mix of clam-tomato juice and beer for a while, so I can take this. Not a fan of BL, but better than the regular Bud for mixing, as not as rich of adjuncts. Drinkable, if you are into this mix.

I really like these commercially made cheladas. Never had one made from scratch so can't compare. always worried with Bud light that I might not be able to taste the beer but I can and it's pretty good.
