Extensively hopped and dry hopped with a big roster of hops – Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade, Ahtanum, Chinook, and Amarillo – it’s big, bright, and floral, with just enough malt to balance. This American-style I.P.A. stands head and shoulders above its hoppy brethren, blending pale and honey malts to balance the palate without interfering in your herbal reverie, and creating a new American classic.

Can: Hazy orange, small white head. Orange and mango aroma. Taste is orange malt, orange-peel, mango.....semi-tropical.... A really nice, balanced and steady orange/grapefruit-peel bitter. A very good citrus-driven IPA.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Julio’s Liquors. Aroma is citrus, floral, pine, herbs. Appearance is hazy light brown with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with good retention and fair lacing. Taste is sweet citrus and fruit with pine with malt backbone. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average to lively carbonation and balanced bitter/sweet dry finish. Overall,

Pours a hazy amber from a bottle, white head with lots of lacing. The lacing really lasts too; I like it when it’s like it tells a story all the way to the top of the glass. Not much of an aroma, just kind of a general fruitiness with some pine. Flavor is kind of a mish mash of mango, papaya, and pine, but it works. Good bittersweetness too. Very nice IPA.

Pour is a hazy golden with a huge white head. Aroma after the head finally died down is a flowery and herbal hop with little malt presence. Flavor is more of the herbal green hop with some chalky dry malt. I don’t get much of the honey malt. I don’t like sweetness in IPA’S but this beer could have benefited from a bit of sweetness, it’s way to dry. Still this is pretty flavorful with a nice mix of herbal hoppyness.
