0.25l bottle. Pours a semi cloudy pale golden body with a fading fluffy bright white head. Aroma is oranges, citrus, yeast with a sour twist. Quite nice actually. Body is medium, texture is light oily and carbonation is medium. Light and easy to drink with notes of citrus and those small orange fruits I just never can seem to remember the name of. Kumquat perhaps? It's then wrapped up in a quite light bitter and perhaps a tiny bit dry finish. This was a pleasant surprise to have. Mild and really light drinkable. One of the better bio-beers I've had.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, as Silenrieux Joseph Wit Bière d’epautre Bio. ABV is 5%. Milky pale straw coloured beer, moderate white head. Yeasty and estery aroma, notes of citrus and spices (coriander). Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is very citrussy, nearly acidic, moderate spicy notes. Refreshing, but not really a remarkable beer.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy pale yellow, brief creamy head. Fruity nose where spatkling wine is evident. Bone dry, liight bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Except for the light notes of bread and butter this could have been mistaken for cheap champagne at a blind tasting.
