Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Comes as "Silenrieux Joseph Wit Bière d’epeautre Bio". Pours a pale and cloudy yellow with a white head. Sweet coriander in the nose. Thin body, a little dry citrus and yeast with an almost astringent finish, tart. 140810

Bottle. It’s a hazy straw colored beer topped by a lasting, minimal white head. The aroma has a distinct sourness, quite pleasant actually, at least when cold, and a grainyness that is rather pleasant. It’s quite thin on the palate, a bit sour, with flavors of lime and grains in a nice combo. Some spiced hints towards the end, and also some bitterness. Would like more bitterness all the way. A quite pleasant one, at least very refreshing and quenching. 100701

Organic beer, 330ml bottle picked up at Vinmonopolet. Light straw coloured body, cloudy. Fluffy, snow white head with satisfying retention. The aroma brings citric fruits mixed with malts and with notes of vinegar. Lemony flavour offset by wheat and late banana. Some kind of herbal bitterness to the finish. Soft in the mouth. Drinkable without greater excitements (Tromsø, 20.02.2010),

Big very white head. Hazy opaque pale yellow body. Delicate herbal coriander aroma with yeasty floral notes. Dry-acidic herbal yeasty vinegary taste. Thin body. Dry-acidic herbal yeasty vinegary taste. Thin body. Dry-acidic vinegary empty mealy aftertaste. Infected? Certainly no good. (0.33l bottle, wine monopoly.)

330 ml bottle. Dim golden/yellow body with a white head. Light aroma of yeast, banana and bread with a hint of acidity. Flavor has a light maltiness, fruity, light spicy, yeasty and some kind of harsh bitterness with fruity acidity. Quite light body. Lots of “light” here make this a not to exiting beer. Totally drinkable and a thirst-quencher anyway.

Flaske 0,33l kjøpt på Vinmonopolet i Tromsø. Veldig lys gylden. Uklar. KI=6

Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be, rated earlier, but apparently Bio and normal have now been split, so moving my rate here). Hazy golden colour with mediumsized white fluffy head, which leaves some lace. Flavour is fruits, wheat/spelt , some yeast and slight sweetness lurking along with mild wooden and some slight herbal and spicy notes. Refreshing. Aftertaste is herbal and spelt/wheatlike.
