(Can, 0.5 l , at Arde, 20220305) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, spiciness, floralness, tangerine, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was floral, fruity and bitter. A tasty and balanced hoppy brew.

Can - man, these guys are really hit or miss - I had a nelson DDH In the Deep Steep the other day and it was great - this one has way too much sprouted garlic and cattiness going on to be all that enjoyable - it has a nice spiciness and a gentle citrus character to it, and the malt structure and carbonation are nice a soft - but there's way too much onion and catty hop character going on in this one.

Pours a pineapple-orange, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor has a touch of butterscotch in addition to the citrus and tropical fruit. It starts out a touch on the sweet side, before finishing with some pine/spruce hops. Alcohol content is well-hidden.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, golden color, with a lot of bubbles and a small, bubbly, white head. The nose is honey, papaya, cloves, almonds, and apricot. Sweet and phenolic, with a pleasant, mild bitterness. Medium body, with a syrupy, slick palate. This is an interesting and yeast-forward IPA. Quite tasty.
