Half pour at brewpub. Clear gold. Aroma is full on herbal brett. Fresh cut hay and a little tangerine brettiness. Flavor has some brett herbal bitterness with that fresh cut hay. Light bodied yet full of flavor. These are the beers for me.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy yellow with white head. Straw and wheat with a bit of pepper, very subtle citrus with dry, slightly watery finish.

Pours clear blonde small white head. Smell is saison, but earthy as well. Taste is bit bitter, some sweet malts, some dryness. Like it! This at 3,5 abv? Amazing, bonuspoints for that

At brewpub: Pours a light yellow with a white head. Aroma is pepper, funk, and grain. Taste is peppery, very dry, with a weird little hint of smoke that one would not really expect from it. Interesting. While it is light and refreshing, it does not scream out its low ABV.

12 ounce draft at Right Proper poured into a tulip. Pours golden yellow with a finger of off-white head. Aromas of funk, citrus fruit and peel. Tasting notes of wheat, citrus, funk, fruit peel, stone fruit. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Crisp mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Pretty nice.

Not bad. Tastes pretty similar to their Biere de Mars, but that one wasn’t bad either. A little hay and some citrus. Some florals, light coriander. Finishes with a little bitterness. Tap at brewpub.
