A boldly, aromatic, spicy & dry saison brewed with wheat & oats, hopped with New Zealand-grown Pacifica & Pacific Gem Hops. Fermented with a blend of farmhouse yeasts & seasoned with Spicebush berries (locally foraged from The Woodlawn Estate Farm of our very own Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture). Brewed in Collaboration with Kevin Saldana, winner of our Snallygaster Guest Brewer Contest.

Cask at the source. Poured a mostly clear yellow orange color with the wispyist of heads imaginable. Aroma was light sweet fruits, some floral notes. Flavor was light tangerine, sweet malt, flowers, light bitterness. some light funky notes.
