On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt and dark fruit. Slick body, raisin, toffee, earthy malt, boozy finish, very good.

I’m not positive what a hot rock beer beer is but I certainly will sample one. I have a 12 oz can out of a double stack pack delivered by the prodigal son who is home from H-Town. It delivers a dark red-amber liquid with a minimal skim of taupe foam. I taste stewed red plums, a appearance of booziness, bread, caramel and raisins. Tasty and potent.
