A massive thanks to Tom and the Knaus Berry Farm family for their hospitality! We always love heading down to Homestead for their world famous cinnamon rolls!
As they draw their season to a close, we say goodbye by releasing our annual collab… the Knaus Berry Cinnamon Roll Stout! But this year we have something special in store for you guys! Making up for last year’s missed collab due to you know what, we barrel aged our imperial stout in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 12 months and conditioned it with freshly baked KBF cinnamon rolls and their cinnamon brown sugar blend! Sitting at 11%, this well-balanced imperial stout hits all the notes: bourbon, barrels, cinnamon, brown sugar, and the doughy rolls we all know n love.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, berry, cinnamon, bourbon, wood. Slick body, cocoa, berry, roast, wood, boozy finish, very good.
