Brewed with Sea Salt from La Laguna de Cuyutlán, carefully harvested from the ancient salt beds of Colima once used by the Aztecs over 500 years ago. We barrel aged this cocktail-inspired gose for over 12 months in smokey mezcal barrels, then conditioned it with passion fruit, peach, lemon juice and topped it off with almond simple syrup, agnostura bitters, & a pinch of paprika.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange brown with small off white head. The aroma is strong booze, wheat, sea salt. Slick body, sea salt, passionfruit, wheat, light tartness, boozy, good.
