Meadowfoam is a Pacific Northwest plant that creates a unique, marshmallow-flavored honey. Owner Peter Zien created this beer in collaboration with Hilary Kearney from Girl Next Door Honey. A donation will be made by AleSmith to the Xerces Society in support of intiatives to protect bees, vital role players in sustaining our food sources.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with small spotty beige head. The aroma is strong honey, dark fruit, roast. Slick body, roast, licorice, vanilla, bitter finish, very good.

Dark brown with dark off white head - Malt aroma with some hints of caramel - Malt body with a good bitterness in the back - the malt with some roasted notes and bitterness goes into the finish - This was good
