Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of butter, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of butter, lemon, straw, and alcohol, leading to a thick alcoholic finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, tart, fruity and yeasty. Finish is quite tart - actually the tartness seems to grow all through this. 140310

This beer pours a dark golden color with a medium white head that dissipates slowly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, apples and spice. Medium body with flavors of tart fruit, sweet malt and spices. Some earthy notes as well. The finish is yeast and tart apples, and some sediment at the bottom of the glass. Decent overall.

From the bottle at the 2010 Indiana Winter Festival. Poured a slightly hazy pale yellow/gold with a medium that lasts. Aroma was fruity with notes of apple, citrus peel and floral notes. Plenty of sweet fruits were present in the flavor. The beer seemed a bit overly carbonated, like champagne.
