Barrel-Aged Permanent Accessory (or BAPA, as we lovingly refer to it) is a blend or bourbon barrel-aged stouts finished on a LOT of shredded coconut, toasted coconut, and vanilla beans. The total weight of coconut is similar to Permanent Accessory (released earlier this year), but we adjusted the ratio of raw and toasted coconut to enhance and comingle with the character of the barrels.

Bottle. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is vanilla, toasted coconut, dark chocolate, bourbon. Slick body, toasted coconut, milk chocolate, bourbon, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
