On tap at the brewery. Pours yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, yeast, wood, lemon zest. Slick body, lemon, yeast, oak, strong brett finish, very good.

Pour is a nearly clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is white wine with some herbal mustyness. Flavor is very brett estery with a little tartness and a more vinous tart finish. Nice saison with an ever so light brett essence.
