A collaboration with our friends at The Veil, Weldwerks, and Other Half. We each selected barrels for this blended base and then treated individually with our own combination of adjuncts! The final blend was aged in a variety of barrels (Weller 6, 7 & 12 yr, Blanton's, Rittenhouse Rye, Old Fitzgerald) for a range of 12 to 37 months.

750ml bottle. Sweetish, oily coconutty and slightly roasty with some bourbon and vanilla notes, hints of cinnamon. Pretty nice and balanced
Thick, sweet, boozy. Coconut, dark chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla. Really smooth, nicely balanced. Terrific.
Palate cleanser.
FLN, I forgot a photo so this'll do. Mad cinnamon bomb, but the barrel and coffee complement really really well

Bottle at the brewery. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong toasted coconut, dark chocolate, cinnamon, oak, bourbon. Slick body, coconut, milk chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, wood, boozy finish, enjoyed this.
