Maple Dark Rye is a variant of our classic Dark Rye imperial stout that was aged for a year in maple syrup barrels. The roasted rye base blended with the barrel-aged syrup for a smooth, silky character and notes of maple, vanilla, and toffee. Maple Dark Rye is an indulgent holiday treat, available on draft only in the Ardent beer garden!

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is roasted malt, dark chocolate, maple. Slick body, maple syrup, milk chocolate, light dry finish, nice sweetness, very nice.
