Big thanks to Sparky for sharing this one at the annual Black Friday Tasting, thanks Eric. This pours slightly murky amber with a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up brown sugar coated prunes and raisins and red apples as well as a mineral to yeasty note. The taste is rich English barleywine style brown sugar, raisins, prunes and red apple wedges that moves slowly into a sense of mineral notes and a slight yeastiness drenched in molasses well off into the background. This is a nice tasting barleywine that, overall, is a bit soft in the degree of richness.

Last bottle at the Lost Abbey Track tasting. Poured a slightly hazy copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma is some sweet malts, touch of fruits, some alcohol.

Bottle courtesy of GZt2, thanks! Cloudy maroon amber color, white edge head. Aroma of flowers, concentrated lemon juice. Taste is sweet caramel syrup, lemon lime, subtle peppermint.
