Bottle @ Fonefan US Tasting. Bottle #215. Pours muddy reddish brown with small white edges. Aromas of red gummy bears, light vinegary, sweet fruits, oranges, caramel. Taste is sweet, caramel, maybe just a tad of tartness, dark fruits, wine gum, vanilla, oak.

[1/29/17] Bottle/Can/Crowler/Growler at a bottle share at Flamingo Hotel in Santa Rosa. Murky brown. Dark fruits, caramel, cookies, cellar, wood, oxidation, sweet-sourish, medium-bodied.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Lost Abbey Veritas 011 ]. [ Bottle #215 ]. Clear medium orange amber color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, caramel, dried fruit, wood, riped fruit, alcohol - cognac. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, candy, wood, dried fruit, sweet malt, alcohol - cognac, oak, riped fruit nectarins, tart - sour notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20161111] 8-2-8-4-16

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is herbal, oxidised and slight acetone. Toasted malty, fruity, slight caramelish to toffee. Mild sour, bitter and fruity. Sweet and fruity finish.

Bottle @ Lots of Mark Knofler and Fransk’ kartofler, Ulfborg 2016. Bottle # 215. Pours deep amber with bubbles on top. Deep vinous and fruity nose. Caramel, chewy and a fruity touch - even orange like. Sippable with alcohol way in the background!

Bottle #11, Bottle #215. Hazy dark amber/brown with no head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, dark fruit, dusty, oxidised and wood. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, sweet, dark fruit, wood, oak, oxidised, plume, sugar, little plume, little dry, warming, notes of alcohol, ripe fruit and a little orange.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy red brown without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, a bit oxidized, wood and cognac. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish with heavy alcohol. A bit boozy. 111116

Bottle @Ulfborg. Hazy brown, only a few bubbles. Aroma has sweet malt, caramel dried fruit, alcohol. Caramely flavour, warming alcohol, something like licorice perhaps. Nice.

Bottle. Hazy deep copper liquid with minimal white head. Aroma of toffee, light wood, Cognac, nectarine, caramel, raw sugar and light Brett. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of caramel, raw sugar, bread and wood. Full bodied with low carbonation. Decent, but messy.
